Each cake has a diameter of 0.95m, a thickness of 0.2m, and weighs 1.5 quintals (the total weight of the pair is 3 quintals). The purely Vietnamese ingredients include pumpkin seeds, mung beans, candied melon, sesame, Chinese sausage, etc. The crust features a 'twin dragons flanking the moon' pattern. The pair of cakes was completed in over 24 hours with all the dedication of Bao Minh's staff.<\/p>\n
