Sharing with reporters from the Government Electronic Newspaper, artisan Ngo Thi Tinh, Director of Bao Minh Confectionery Joint Stock Company, said that the Bao Minh enterprise has been on the market since its inception 32 years ago. \u201cPreviously, in my grandparents\u201d time, we only produced cakes using traditional manual methods, imbued with the ancient taste and soul of a generation. For example, the 'phu the' cake (husband and wife cake) used to be wrapped only in leaves, but Bao Minh was the first unit to wrap this type of cake in plastic and package it as a pair for weddings. After that, Bao Minh also introduced all kinds of natural leaves and vegetables into each cake such as: taro leaves, black ganophyllum leaves, gac fruit extract, or pandan leaves... All these flavors blend together to create a delicious cake that has been innovated but is still very familiar to the traditional national cake line. <\/p>\n

In addition, Bao Minh's products are available in all large and small supermarket systems and convenience stores across the country. The results reported at the program's summary conference in March 2020 showed that 2,439 economic organizations participated in producing ranked OCOP products, in which the private economic sector accounted for 59%.
