On April 20, at the 37 Hung Vuong Conference Center, Hanoi, the Vietnam Association for Anti-Counterfeiting and Brand Protection (VATAP) solemnly organized the Vietnam Brand Day anniversary ceremony with the theme \u201cHonoring and affirming the value of Vietnamese brands\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Attending the ceremony, invited delegates included Mr. Dang Van Dung, Deputy Chief of the Standing Office of the National Steering Committee 389; Mr. Vu Ba Phu, Director of the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency, Ministry of Industry and Trade; Mr. Nguyen Duc Le, Deputy Director of the Professional Department, Vietnam Directorate of Market Surveillance, Ministry of Industry and Trade; Mr. Dinh Huu Phi, Director of the Intellectual Property Office, Ministry of Science and Technology...<\/p>\n

Representing the Organizing Committee were Mr. Le The Bao, former Chairman of the Association; Mr. Nguyen Dang Sinh, Chairman of the Association, Head of the Program Organizing Committee; the Vice Chairmen, General Secretary, Chief of Office, and representatives of affiliated units: the Brand Development Institute; the Media and Television Development Center; the Anti-Counterfeiting Technology Center; the Legal Consulting Center; and the Institute of Anti-Counterfeiting Technology. The program was also sponsored by 'Thuong hieu va Cong luan' Magazine and 'Thuong hieu va San pham' Magazine.<\/p>\n

The ceremony also featured the presence of units, businesses, members of the VATAP Association, and press agencies that attended and reported on the program.<\/p>\n

The Vietnam Brand Day anniversary program (April 20, 2023) was organized to contribute to promoting brand building and protection work; simultaneously honoring brands that have affirmed their reputation and quality, are recognized and highly appreciated by society, and have made significant contributions to developing their unit's brand and contributing positively to the national economy and community.<\/p>\n

Speaking at the anniversary ceremony, VATAP Association Chairman Nguyen Dang Sinh emphasized: The Vietnam Association for Anti-Counterfeiting and Brand Protection (VATAP), in its role as a social organization with the function and mission of supporting businesses in brand building and development work; fighting against smuggling, commercial fraud, and counterfeit goods.<\/p>\n

Through the program, the Organizing Committee selects, rewards, and encourages businesses that have been active in brand building and protection work; simultaneously recognizing and commending reputable and high-quality brands, products, and services of businesses and production and business establishments across the country, aiming to encourage and provide information for consumers to know and choose.<\/p>\n

On the occasion of the Vietnam Brand Day anniversary in 2022, to recognize the enthusiastic response and participation in the Program as well as the active efforts of units and businesses in brand building and protection work; the VATAP Association decided to award Certificates of Merit, Certificates, and Emblems of the program to several units and businesses, and<\/p>\n
