Attending the conference were Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen; former Permanent Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Van Suu; Director of the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Rural Development Chu Phu My, along with leaders of districts and entities with products participating in OCOP 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n

Up to now, Hanoi has evaluated, classified, and decided to recognize 630 OCOP products, including 467 food products, 19 beverage products, 5 herbal products, 24 textile and garment products, and 115 souvenir, interior, and decoration products.<\/span><\/p>\n

Among the 630 OCOP products this time, there are 14 potential 5-star products, 421 4-star products, and 195 3-star products from 50 enterprises, 57 cooperatives, and 52 production and business households, providing employment for over 3,000 rural workers. <\/span><\/p>\n

In 2020, Hanoi also put into operation 13 points to introduce, promote, and sell OCOP products. Hanoi organized 4 events to introduce and promote OCOP products associated with regional culture..., contributing to helping OCOP entities find markets for product consumption. <\/span><\/p>\n

At the conference, the Organizing Committee announced the results of evaluating and classifying OCOP products in the second phase of 2020 for 329 products (including 8 potential 5-star products); awarded Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee to collectives and individuals with achievements in implementing the OCOP Program for the 2018 \u2013 2020 period.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ending the conference, Hanoi city organized the opening of the exhibition, promotion, and trade connection area for OCOP products at the Viet-Xo Friendship Labor Cultural Palace (91 Tran Hung Dao, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi).
