These were all authentic photos and emotional, impressive articles sharing about the women whom everyone trusts, loves, and admires. That person could be a boss, a colleague, a mother, a wife, a lover... Especially through the contest, women were able to open up and talk about the important men and the joys in their lives.<\/p>\n<p>After compiling the entries, the Jury conducted the grading and selected meaningful works to award in the program \u201c<strong>Women Are to Be Loved and October Employee Birthday\u201d, <\/strong>held on October 20th.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/baominhheritage.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/z2861062862221_d61fd67a422873555906b42326cd8bb4.jpg\" alt=\"z2861062862221 d61fd67a422873555906b42326cd8bb4\" width=\"600\" height=\"343\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>The authors with winning entries in the contest:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1 Impressive Award<\/strong> met all the criteria set by the Organizing Committee, had honest, emotional shares, and the video entry was very carefully invested in. The Organizing Committee selected 3 Collective awards.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>1 First Prize of 2 million VND belongs to the HR &amp; Admin Department collective with the work Proud of Administration \u2013 Overflowing with love<\/li>\n<li>2 Second Prizes of 1.5 million VND\/prize belong to the Deo Khao collective with the work Deo Khao: United \u2013 Confident \u2013 Shining and the work Women are the heart that connects love \u2013 by the Com Team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cultural activities, arts, and contests are always enthusiastically supported by Bao Minh employees. In this year's photo and writing contest to celebrate October 20th, there were many good, meaningful works, many authors actively participated in the contest and had impressive entries. The Company's Board of Directors has decided that all remaining entries will receive a Movement Award with a prize value of 300,000 VND.
