3. Method of participation.<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n

Contestants will participate in 02 parts:<\/span><\/div>\n

\u2013 Theory test (Compulsory): Contestants take the theory test. The person in charge is responsible for launching, implementing, and supervising within the branch\/division\/department\/unit they manage, to ensure all participating employees take the theory test.<\/span><\/div>\n

\u2013 Practical test: Contestants who complete the theory test will have their practical test results evaluated by the person in charge of the branch\/division\/department\/unit.<\/span><\/div>\n

For Indirect employees<\/strong> (Excluding the Business Division, which only includes: Transport department, Admin, Sales Director Assistant): <\/span>Search \u201cExcellent Warrior\u201d<\/em> with 5 valuable prizes worth up to 12 million VND.<\/span><\/div>\n

For Production employees<\/strong> seeking \u201cGood Production Soldier\u201d<\/em> with 5 valuable prizes worth up to 12 million VND and Honoring \u201cGolden Hands\u201d <\/em>with 3 valuable prizes.<\/span><\/div>\n

For Sales Division employees<\/strong> (Excluding: Transport department, Admin, Sales Director Assistant) seeking \u201cKing of Tet Sales 2022\u201d<\/em>. <\/b>Value of 5 prizes up to 34 million VND.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
