1. Return and exchange conditions

Customers should check the condition of the goods and may exchange/return them immediately at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:

  • The goods are not of the correct type or model as ordered or as shown on the website at the time of ordering.
  • The quantity is insufficient, and the set is incomplete as per the order.
  • External damage such as torn packaging, dents, etc.

Customers must cooperate by providing relevant documents to prove the defect in order to complete the return/exchange of goods.

3. Processing time for returns and exchanges

The product quality assessment process takes 3 business days. The Customer Service department will contact and agree with the customer on the return/exchange decision, and agree on a delivery schedule and fees (if any).
