PROFESSIONAL PHILOSOPHY

ARTISAN SPIRIT

CONFECTIONER'S SPIRIT

Confectionery making is a journey of preserving flavors, the Artisan understands that every flavor, every cake, every candy carries love, memories, culture, belief & national spirit to the enjoyer.

CONCEPT OF HERITAGE & FUTURE

Heritage is the crystallization of time, culture & human hands.
Heritage is not something that sleeps in the past or is just for nostalgia,
Heritage but can also live on in every choice of the present..

Heritage is not something immutable, but rather a flow that needs to be nurtured every day. The Artisan respects the past with standards in every detail, while paving the way for the future with discipline, creative effort, and continuous improvement. Only by doing well in each cake today can heritage continue to live tomorrow.

Preserving core values is the foundation for creating for the future, where tradition is continued with new thinking, and Vietnamese flavors continue to accompany the rhythm of life with future generations.

We see heritage as a foundation to preserve & develop, not a limit to stop at. Respecting the values that have created identity is the way to Bao Minh create products suitable for contemporary life. Tradition is inherited, technology is applied, and the future is built from the balance between the source and life filled with Mindset*

ARTISAN HANDS &
STRICT STANDARDS

CONFECTIONER'S SPIRIT

To the Artisan Bao Minh, every operation is not merely production. Techniques can be learned, recipes can be recorded, but artisan hands are only formed through years of tempering.

The professional spirit does not chase speed; every batch of cakes, candies must be “right in the hand”, from compression force, temperature, stirring rhythm, to the stopping moment. Directly sensing the full materials, texture, moisture, ripeness, and doneness with hands & experience accumulated over many years. Because just one moment off, the flavor will no longer be complete.

Therefore, the standard lies in the consciousness of the person making the cake: Knot allowing oneself to do it sloppily, even for once.

ARTISAN IN MODERN PRODUCTION LINES

Amidst modern lines & advanced technology, the Artisan still plays a central role in sensing, controlling, and perfecting the flavor. Machines support accuracy & quality stability, but it is the experience, professional intuition, and diligence of the worker that decide the final quality.

The soul of flavor is preserved and created from the hands of the Artisan, skilled workers who have placed their full heart into every stage. That is the Mindset of steadiness, patience, resilience, persistence, creation, and humility repeated every day with neatness & meticulousness.

Tradition and modernity go hand in hand, so that each product reaches the standard of essence and still keeps the full value of the handcrafted spirit.

Journey of dedication to the profession

Journey
of dedication to the profession

A LIFE FOLLOWING CONFECTIONERY

Inheriting the culinary heritage from professional streets and old villages making traditional confectionery. The journey begins from very early mornings, when the scent of young green rice, fresh beans still lingers on the hands of the confectioner. From a small, simple kitchen, where everything is made by sensory taste emotions more than recipes.

Exposed to the profession from a young age, Ms. Ngo Thi Tinh grew up in the rustic nature of the profession without knowing that the future would become a heritage. Initially, it was the continuation of the traditional family profession left by grandparents in the years 1955. A profession that requires meticulousness and diligence in a family making traditional confectionery after the country's peace was restored, over time, that flavor gradually became a familiar taste, wrapping up the memories & culture of Vietnamese people for decades.

On that journey, with a heart bright with the traditional confectionery heritage of the artisan that led her to greater aspirations, which is to preserve & develop the country's culinary flavors, connecting many generations to head towards “imprinting the Vietnamese mark on the world culinary map.”

Passing on the profession & Keeping the profession

KEEPING THE PROFESSION SO IT IS NOT LOST

Continuing the journey of dedication to the profession is Passing on the profession & Keeping the profession, because heritage only truly lives when there are people to continue it.
