Job Description
1. Cost and budget management
- Prepare, organize implementation, and control the assigned budget (personnel, returned goods, transportation, travel expenses).
- Monitor, evaluate, and propose adjustment plans for costs when exceeding the budget arises.
- Represent the Company to work and coordinate with Distributors (NPP).
2. Sales management and achievement
- Build and implement sales route diagrams and daily sales plans.
- Monitor and control sales volume, orders, and returned goods of the sales staff team.
- Implement and supervise promotional programs at Distributors.
- Ensure sufficient headcount and operational efficiency of the sales force.
3. Team training and development
- Train and coach new sales staff (NVBH).
- Allocate and monitor KPIs for sales staff.
- On-the-job training to improve team capacity, especially for sales staff who do not meet requirements.
4. Personnel management according to headcount
- Ensure a backup personnel source to meet quantity and quality requirements.
- Develop recruitment sources through sales staff, distributors, and market networks.
5. Customer and market development
- Open new customers according to targets, build and manage customer lists.
- Survey the market, competitors, and propose solutions regarding selling prices and payment policies.
- Allocate and control customers and sales volume according to each sales staff.
Requirements
- Graduated from College or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent majors.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in an equivalent position, priority given to candidates with experience in the FMCG industry.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Skills in analysis, situation handling, and decision-making.
- Skills in management, administration, and motivating the team.
- Ability to go on business trips.
Salary - Benefits
- Salary: from 17 – 25 million VND/month (depending on capability).
- Allowances: shift meal 35,000 VND/day, travel expenses.

- Revenue bonus based on monthly business results.
- Seasonal bonus (Mid-Autumn Festival and Tet Jam).

Working time and location
- Working time: 8:00 – 17:00, lunch break 12:00 – 13:00, from Monday to Saturday. Off every Sunday.
- Location: Headquarters – Northern Factory: Lot B2-3-3A – Nam Thang Long Industrial Zone (Zone B) – Thuong Cat Ward – Hanoi City.
