The occupational health and safety (OHS) training program is one of the mandatory components of labor protection work, aimed at providing knowledge and training skills, helping employers proactively build and implement OHS plans and measures, and ensuring employees know how to practice OHS and handle situations during the production process.

OHS training is an effective measure to limit workplace accidents. Through training courses, employees will be provided with knowledge and legal regulations regarding OHS, such as:
- Rights and obligations of employers and employees in complying with OHS regulations
- Policies and regimes of labor protection for employees
- Training on building an OHS management system in enterprises; methods for building and implementing OHS plans and measures, and establishing OHS internal rules
- Dangerous and harmful factors that cause workplace accidents, occupational diseases, and measures to improve working conditions
- Basic knowledge of OHS techniques; methods for self-checking OHS, overcoming shortcomings, limitations, and risks of OHS loss at the facility; how to handle situations and methods for first aid for people involved in workplace accidents...

Through the training session, 100% of employees grasped the basic knowledge of OHS and were trained directly at the workplace: recognizing dangerous factors, incident handling procedures, etc. All employees performed well according to the instructor's requirements and successfully completed the multiple-choice test at the end of the training session.
