Strict cake-making process
After preparing all the ingredients, Bao Minh artisans will proceed to make Jasmine Cake according to the following steps:
Step 1: Making cake batter
- Separate the egg yolk and egg white to make the cake batter.
- The egg white is whipped at a moderate, slow speed until large bubbles appear in the mixture, then stop.
- Continue to add sugar and whip for 3-5 minutes until the mixture has a peaked top.
- Add egg yolk along with sugar, butter, and fresh milk and whip until a complete mixture is obtained. Finely sift the flour to remove impurities, then add it to the egg yolk part and whip until smooth.
Step 2: Mixing the batter
The egg yolk and egg white mixture is put into the machine and mixed together in one direction until combined, obtaining a slightly thick, smooth, and silky mixture.
Finally, add the synthetic strawberry flavor and additives.
Step 3: Baking the cake
Before pouring the batter, the mold will be lined with a layer of parchment paper and brushed with a layer of butter to make it easier to remove the cake.
Bake for about 30-35 minutes at the appropriate temperature until the edges of the cake show signs of pulling away, then it is complete.
