This is the pair of cakes made by artisan Ngo Thi Tinh – General Director of the company, together with 20 artisans from Bao Minh Confectionery Joint Stock Company. Each cake has a diameter of 0.95m, a thickness of 0.2m, and weighs 1.5 quintals (the total weight of the pair is 3 quintals). The purely Vietnamese ingredients include pumpkin seeds, mung beans, candied melon, sesame, Chinese sausage, etc. The crust features a 'twin dragons flanking the moon' pattern. The pair of cakes was completed in over 24 hours with all the dedication of Bao Minh's staff.
The largest pair of baked and sticky mooncakes in Vietnam was offered at Ngoc Son Temple, then processed to the Ly Thai To Monument grounds to be displayed for the public to admire. This was the highlight of the 2019 Mid-Autumn Festival.

The pair of cakes was awarded the record-setting certificate for “The largest pair of baked and sticky mooncakes in Vietnam” by the Vietnam Record Association (VietKings).
The exhibition event for the giant pair of mooncakes will take place over 2 days, August 24 and 25, 2019, with many vibrant and colorful performances.
