On the morning of January 15, Bao Minh Confectionery Joint Stock Company was honored to welcome Interdisciplinary Inspection Team No. 4 of the Central Interdisciplinary Steering Committee on Food Safety during the Year of the Snake Lunar New Year and the 2025 spring festival season.

The inspection was led by Ms. Chu Thi Thu Huong – Deputy Director General of the Vietnam Directorate of Market Surveillance, Ministry of Industry and Trade. Participants included Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Xuan Doai from the Environmental Police Department, Ministry of Public Security; and officials from the Food Industry Research Institute and the Professional Department of Market Surveillance under the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The delegation also included representatives from the Hanoi Interdisciplinary Steering Committee on Food Safety, including the Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade, Mr. Nguyen Quang Trung – Deputy Head of the Hanoi Food Safety Sub-Department, and Mr. Nguyen Thuong Son – Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Tu Liem District.

Through the working session, the inspection team highly appreciated the compliance with food safety regulations at Bao Minh. The company's preliminary processing, production, and storage areas are scientifically and neatly designed, ensuring the one-way principle in production. The delegation took several product samples for quality testing, demonstrating confidence in the company's transparent and standardized processes.
