This is an annual activity that the company highly emphasizes. Organizing monthly birthday celebrations for employees serves as a thank you, an appreciation for the contributions, dedication, and loyalty that employees have given to Bao Minh over the past time.
This is also an activity aimed at increasing the connection between the Company and the employees, together recording happy, warm moments in the Bao Minh home.
The February and March birthdays of employees this year were held right on the occasion of March 8th. Everyone was very happy, excited, and enthusiastic because they were cared for, shared with, and given meaningful gifts by the company's Board of Directors.
Ms. Doan Thi Tuoi – Northern Sales Department shared: “Every year when my birthday month comes, I am given gifts and sent birthday wishes by the company. I also receive many wishes from colleagues.
