The training program on Occupational Safety Reflexes is an annual activity that Bao Minh Confectionery Joint Stock Company focuses on significantly. The purpose is to improve knowledge for employees regarding occupational safety, how to detect incidents, and how to react promptly to incidents that may occur during the production process.
Under the direct instruction of PDCA training expert Bui Van Hoang, many interesting insights were brought to the trainees.

The training session was divided into 3 main parts, interspersed with theory, where trainees practiced right during the session.
Part 1: Overview of Safety in the production line, common accidents, and ways to minimize accidents
Part 2: Hazardous and harmful factors during operation
Part 3: Safety measures for mechanical equipment
During the training, trainees asked questions for discussion; the instructor resolved situations based on the practical difficulties and obstacles that trainees encountered at their units to help trainees improve their skills, maximize the knowledge learned, and contribute to improving the efficiency of the unit.

At the end of the training session, 100% of the trainees mastered occupational safety reflexes in production and knew how to identify and handle situations occurring during the production process in a timely manner.
In particular, the training session brought trainees interesting experiences and necessary skills to serve their work well. That is also the goal of the Board of Directors of Bao Minh Confectionery Joint Stock Company, not only investing heavily in modern machinery and equipment but also focusing on training human resources and developing Bao Minh people.
