This is an annual activity that Bao Minh Confectionery Joint Stock Company places great emphasis on and promotes. In addition to focusing on developing the brand and traditional confectionery products, Bao Minh always strives to fulfill its social security responsibilities, joining hands for community health.
Attending the opening ceremony were Ms. Ngo Thi Tinh – General Director of Bao Minh Confectionery JSC, Ms. Le Thi Bich Lan – Director of Finance and Accounting Division, Mr. Mai Dinh Luc – Director of Production Division, and Doctor Nguyen Thanh Luan – Representative of the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion. Along with more than 60 Bao Minh employees participating in blood donation and the nursing and volunteer team of the Institute of Hematology.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ms. Ngo Thi Tinh – General Director of Bao Minh Confectionery JSC said: “Through the Humanitarian Blood Donation Day, Bao Minh wishes to share difficulties with patients, especially the poor and the less fortunate, to overcome critical illnesses, bringing happiness and life to many people”.
Through the program, she also expressed her gratitude to Bao Minh employees for enthusiastically participating in the Humanitarian Blood Donation Day, and thanked the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion for accompanying the organization of such a meaningful and successful program.
The total number of blood units collected through the Voluntary Blood Donation Day was more than 60 units, equivalent to more than 15,000 ml of blood.
