After the shares of CEO Ngo Thi Tinh, Deputy CEO – Sales Director, and Director of the Southern Branch, Mr. Pham The Hiep, also made a few remarks and introduced the members of the Board of Management – the Divisions/Departments that will work regularly with the system Sales team. He shared about the company's business operation situation in the first 9 months of the year as well as the business goals in Q4/2021 of Bao Minh Confectionery Joint Stock Company.

And in this October, Bao Minh launches a new line of fresh bread products, Sala and Sato. The System Distribution Channel will pioneer, providing these products to retail stores in Hanoi. Following that, the new products will expand the market to Northern provinces and nationwide, on other distribution channels such as supermarkets, convenience stores...

Also during the “Meeting the system sales team” session, the Director of the System Distribution Channel – Mr. Bui Xuan Tho discussed the work and salary – bonus policies for System Distribution Channel employees. In addition to the Sales employees who have been with the company for a long time and are in charge of retail points in Hanoi, there are also many new Sales employees who have joined the Bao Minh family. This is also an opportunity for them to clearly grasp the information about the job, the company's policies, and the potential for self-development and work at Bao Minh.
