1. Participants.
– All company employees (excluding employees currently in their probation period and seasonal workers).
2. Duration.
From December 1, 2021, to January 31, 2022.
3. Method of participation.
Contestants will participate in 02 parts:
– Theory test (Compulsory): Contestants take the theory test. The person in charge is responsible for launching, implementing, and supervising within the branch/division/department/unit they manage, to ensure all participating employees take the theory test.
– Practical test: Contestants who complete the theory test will have their practical test results evaluated by the person in charge of the branch/division/department/unit.
For Indirect employees (Excluding the Business Division, which only includes: Transport department, Admin, Sales Director Assistant): Search “Excellent Warrior” with 5 valuable prizes worth up to 12 million VND.
For Production employees seeking “Good Production Soldier” with 5 valuable prizes worth up to 12 million VND and Honoring “Golden Hands” with 3 valuable prizes.
For Sales Division employees (Excluding: Transport department, Admin, Sales Director Assistant) seeking “King of Tet Sales 2022”. Value of 5 prizes up to 34 million VND.
Since the 2022 Tet emulation movement was launched, it has attracted a large number of Bao Minh employees to participate enthusiastically.
