With the purpose of raising morale, creating motivation for production and business competition during the 2022 Tet season, and finding employees with high work performance... The Board of Directors of Bao Minh Confectionery Joint Stock Company launched the Tet Emulation Movement from the beginning of December 2021 to January 31, 2022.
After 2 months of competition, the Bao Minh Emulation and Commendation Council selected 21 employees with excellent achievements, and simultaneously honored and rewarded individuals who made positive contributions during the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak.
In addition to certificates, the Bao Minh Emulation and Commendation Council also awarded cash prizes corresponding to specific awards.
1/ Honoring “Excellent Warrior” – The competition for the Indirect Division and Business Division (only includes Transport, Admin, Sales Director Assistant Departments)
- 01 First Prize: 5,000,000 VND belongs to Ms. Bui Thi Tuyet Nhung – Finance and Accounting Department
- 01 Second Prize: 3,000,000 VND belongs to Mr. Ha Dinh Giap, Human Resources and Administration Department
- 02 Third Prizes: 2,000,000 VND belong to Ms. Vuong Thi Cuc – HR&Admin Department and Ms. Duong Hong Nhung – Finance and Accounting Department
- 02 Consolation Prizes: 1,000,000 VND belong to Ms. Dao Thuy Xinh – Finance and Accounting Department and Ms. Dang Thi Lan Phuong – HR&Admin Department.
2/ Honoring “Excellent Production Soldier” and “Golden Hands' – The competition is for the Production Division.
Ở Excellent Production Soldier, the Bao Minh Emulation and Commendation Council selected employees with high achievements in production. Specifically:
- 01 First Prize: 5,000,000 VND belongs to Mr. Nguyen Van Nhi – Sandochi Team – Southern Branch
- 02 Second Prizes: 3,000,000 VND belong to Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh – Northern Baking Team and Ms. Tran Thi Cam Tien – Jasmine Rice Team – Southern Branch
- 01 Third Prize: 2,000,000 VND belongs to Mr. Nguyen Van Mung – Cooking Team – Northern Factory
- 02 Consolation Prizes: 1,000,000 VND belong to Ms. Dong Thi Ngoc Lan – Northern Factory Sandochi Team and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha – Northern Factory Sticky Rice Team.
Also in the Production Division, the competition to find “Golden hands in the village of baking” – the competition took place at the Com Team, helped find 4 employees with skillful, agile hands who completed the targets of the Organizing Committee.

- 01 Consolation Prize: 1,000,000 VND belongs to Ms. Dinh Thi Van – Northern Factory
3/ Honoring “King of Tet Sales 2022” – The competition for the Business Division
With impressive numbers, the Business Division employees had a spectacular competition, breaking through strongly to reach the finish line successfully. The 5 employees with the highest achievements are:
- 01 First Prize: 15,000,000 VND belongs to Ms. Vu Thi Kim Dung – Northern MT Channel.
- 01 Second Prize: 10,000,000 VND belongs to Ms. Dang Thi Phuong Thuy – Southern MT Channel
- 01 Third Prize: 5,000,000 VND belongs to Ms. Nguyen Thi Lanh – Southern MT Channel
- 02 Consolation Prizes: 2,000,000 VND belong to Mr. Nguyen Bao Lanh – Northern Convenience Store Channel and Mr. Ta Van Chinh – System Distribution Channel.
Especially, during the emulation program, the Bao Minh Emulation and Commendation Council decided to award a certificate of “White-robed Angel” to Ms. Dang Thi Ngoc Nhung – Technical Department for her positive contributions to the company during the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak.
