On December 24, at the 12-month professional briefing conference of 2024 for medical personnel at labor facilities, Bao Minh Confectionery Joint Stock Company attended and presented a paper with the theme:
“Implementing employee health management and arranging jobs suitable to employee health.”

The paper was presented by Ms. Le Thi Bich Lan – In charge of the Administrative and Human Resources Department – representing the presentation, focusing on 4 main contents:
1. Information about the enterprise:
Bao Minh Confectionery Joint Stock Company is one of the leading brands in confectionery production in Vietnam, outstanding with both traditional and modern product lines. Currently, the company has a large scale of labor with many specialized production departments, requiring high standards of labor safety and health.

2. Implementation status of employee health management:
At Bao Minh, employee health management is always given special priority. Some highlights include:
- Supporting medical facilities:
- Equipped with a medical room right at the Company with a permanent medical team.
- Signed a contract with Chem General Clinic to provide intensive support when necessary.
- Fully equipped with first aid materials and vehicles: Work areas are equipped with first aid kits and emergency response facilities, ensuring quick handling when incidents occur.
- Occupational safety and hygiene plan:
- Applying safety technical measures, for fire and explosion prevention, improving working conditions and protecting the environment.
- Strengthening toxic protection, ensuring a safe and clean workspace.
- Employee health management:
- Periodic health check-ups for all staff and employees, with special attention to occupational diseases.
- Organizing education and training programs on labor safety and hygiene to raise employee awareness.
3. Comments and assessment of difficulties and limitations:
Although many positive results have been achieved, employee health management still faces some difficulties such as:
- Difficulties in synchronous implementation: Due to the specific nature of the manufacturing industry, arranging time for health checks and education is often limited.
- Increased risk of occupational diseases: Some departments working in specific environmental conditions need more robust improvement solutions.

4. Directions and solutions for improvement:
- Improving the efficiency of health management: Continue to cooperate with reputable medical facilities to optimize health care.
- Investing in equipment and facilities: Improving the working environment, upgrading technical systems to ensure labor safety.
- Strengthening training and propaganda: Promoting education programs on occupational hygiene, training on handling emergency situations.
