Technical Process to Create Bao Minh Che Lam
- Raw material preparation: Old ginger is cleaned and pounded to extract the full spicy essence. Golden flower sticky rice grains are carefully selected.
- Whole grain roasting technique: The yellow flower glutinous rice grains are processed with whole-grain roasting techniques, radiating a distinctive aroma and retaining the nutrients along with the natural sweetness of the rice grains. Afterward, the rice is ground into a fine powder and cooked. Thanks to our family secret, the Che Lam cake maintains its soft, chewy, and traditional flavor.
- Sugar mixing & Cooking the core: Malt and refined sugar are melted and “mixed” in an accurate ratio with aromatic ginger water.
