Job Description
- Handle office administrative tasks (contracts, quotations...).
- Receive and process all information and general work related to the Sales Division.
- Compile reports: daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or ad-hoc reports as required by management.
- Compile monthly payroll documents for employees in the Sales Division (closing monthly sales, timesheets, KPIs, field support).
- Calculate bonuses and support allowances for customers according to policies.
- Implement directives from the Sales Director to departments within the Sales Division or other departments in the Company.
Requirements
- Gender: Female.
- Graduated from University, College or higher in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Priority given to candidates with experience in business in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry or equivalent positions.
- Proficient in office informatics.
- Agile, enthusiastic, eager to learn.
- Ability to communicate, good teamwork; skills in management, grasping and processing information.
