4 potential 5-star products include: green rice cake (banh com), durian-filled green rice cake, husband and wife cake (banh phu the), and pia cake.

16 4-star products include: pork pastry (banh cha), mung bean and assorted filling 'banh khao', baked mung bean and assorted filling mooncake, sticky rice mung bean and assorted filling mooncake, peanut candy, sesame candy, 'doi' candy, 'che lam', ramie leaf flavored 'banh trong', corn flavored 'banh trong', taro flavored 'banh trong', pandan leaf flavored 'banh trong', gac fruit flavored 'banh trong'.

Bao Minh's products are highly appreciated by the appraisal council for their product quality, design, and food safety and hygiene.

In particular, Bao Minh has a modern production line, advanced machinery, and high technology... which have brought many traditional, innovative, and modern product lines to the market.

The diversity of types, carrying full flavors, has helped the Bao Minh brand become known to consumers both at home and abroad.

Speaking at the conference, Artisan Ngo Thi Tinh - General Director of Bao Minh Confectionery Joint Stock Company shared: “On behalf of the 84 entities participating in OCOP, I would like to thank the Hanoi People's Committee and the People's Committees of districts for creating conditions for us to develop our capabilities, and we will try even harder. Participating in the program, I feel that I am affirming myself, becoming more complete, and achieving more results to contribute to society”.

Bao Minh is the only unit from Bac Tu Liem district to participate in the City OCOP. This is a “golden” opportunity for Bao Minh to once again affirm its products and brand with authorities and consumers.
