Attending the exchange were Ms. Nguyen Thi Binh - Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Quang Ninh province, Ms. Mai Thi Thuy - Chairwoman of the Hanoi Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, along with more than 40 members of the Hanoi Association of Small and Medium Enterprises and the Quang Ninh Business Association.
On behalf of the leadership of Bao Minh Confectionery Joint Stock Company were Mr. Vuong Duy Kiem - Chairman of the Board of Directors and Ms. Ngo Thi Tinh - General Director of the Company - who has been a member of the Hanoi Association of Small and Medium Enterprises for 25 years.
The exchange program with members of the associations is an annual activity aimed at exchanging experiences and sharing business lessons among businesswomen.
Opening the exchange, General Director Ngo Thi Tinh took members to visit the confectionery factory with an area of 5000 m2 (at Nam Thang Long Industrial Park, Thuy Phuong, Bac Tu Liem, Hanoi).
During the visit, members also witnessed the production line, modern machinery and technology, a serious working environment, and compliance with 5S standards and the Kaizen method in production, strictly ensuring Bao Minh's food safety and hygiene issues.
Also during the exchange, the delegation was shared by General Director Ngo Thi Tinh about Bao Minh: the formation and development process of the company, brand, products... With enthusiasm, charm, and love for traditional confectionery, General Director Ngo Thi Tinh has built the Bao Minh confectionery brand to develop strongly in the domestic market and gradually reach out to the world.
The exchange took place in a cheerful and exciting atmosphere. Members enjoyed traditional confectionery and shared experiences in production and business together.
On this occasion, the Quang Ninh Women Entrepreneurs Association presented a commemorative gift to the leadership of Bao Minh Confectionery Joint Stock Company.
Concluding the exchange, General Director Ngo Thi Tinh expressed her sincere thanks and the precious sentiments of the members of the associations for Bao Minh.
