Understanding the eagerness of “swallows from afar” returning to their nest in the spring, the national airline Vietnam Airlines has teamed up with Bao Minh Confectionery JSC to give its beloved customers a surprising gift for passengers flying on Vietnam Airlines flights on the 30th and 1st of Tet Ky Hoi in 2019.
Passengers on Tet flights were extremely delighted with the small gift box in blue and yellow featuring the iconic 6-petal Golden Lotus, the signature brand of Vietnam Airlines, which contained a coconut-covered green rice cake – a new product line using traditional green rice cake ingredients but innovated into a cute round shape similar to Japanese Mochi rice cakes.
