The competition is an opportunity for branch staff to promote emulation movements, practice, improve skills, and prove their capacity in the traditional confectionery production profession. In particular, this is also an opportunity for staff to interact, connect, share, and learn from each other during the production labor process.
The competition attracted 73 factory staff members from 3 production teams such as Com Team, Bong Nhai Team, Sandochi Team, and Warehouse department.
The competition consists of 2 parts: Theory exam and practical exam. For the theory part, factory staff take a 20-minute multiple-choice test on the topic of Food Safety and Hygiene and Occupational Safety. For the practical part, this year's competition is divided into 6 parts: Bong Nhai lining, Bong Nhai packaging, Com cake wrapping, 75g Com belt wrapping, Sandochi packaging, and Com wrapping machine assembly.

Products made by contestants must ensure requirements of the jury such as correct specified time, beautiful product lining, sufficient product quantity...
After 2 days of extremely tense and fierce but equally attractive competition, the Organizing Committee selected 7 First prizes, 4 Second prizes, and 4 Third prizes.
Individuals who won prizes through the 2020 Skilled Workers Competition will be awarded prizes on the occasion of the 2nd anniversary Inauguration day of Production Factory – Southern Branch November 25, 2020.
The 2020 Skilled Workers Competition for the Southern branch was a great success. With the enthusiastic response and participation of all staff, it once again affirms the dedication and love for the traditional confectionery production profession.
