On the morning of October 28, 2018, exactly at 8:30 AM, the large hall of Bao Minh Confectionery Joint Stock Company was packed with staff, all of whom were cheerful, excited, and eagerly awaiting the start of the program.
After the introduction and opening art performances for the “festival for Bao Minh people”, it was an honor to welcome the delegates, distinguished guests, the Company's Board of Directors, and all staff present at the “2018 Mid-Autumn Festival Summary” ceremony. The ceremony was even more meaningful with the full presence of the Company's Board of Directors, Heads/Deputy Heads of departments/divisions, distributors, and all staff, all present in a joyful and celebratory atmosphere.
At exactly 8:30 AM, the Company's Board of Directors and staff were fully present at the large hall of Bao Minh Confectionery Joint Stock Company.
The Mid-Autumn Festival Summary Report was read very clearly by Mr. Pham The Hiep – Deputy CEO, Director of Business Division. This report was intended to summarize what had been done and what had not been achieved over the past year, to draw lessons, continue to promote the achievements already gained, and at the same time to commend and reward individuals and distributors with good achievements who had made positive contributions to the company's overall success.

Besides the reports on the company's business situation, Bao Minh also did not forget to treat the staff to “homegrown” performances that were full of sweetness, such as: the dance performance “Lady Nightingale”, solo singing of the songs “Nine Levels of Love”, “Finding the Love Song for Each Other”, and the duet performance “Deep Love, Rustic Charm”, all of which were performed with great emotion and received endless applause from the internal audience. Joining in the jubilant atmosphere of the summary ceremony, the HR Director – Mr. Pham The Dung read the company's “Plan for the 4th Quarter of 2018”, creating a competitive atmosphere to complete production and business plans, and aiming together for the goal of brilliant success.
The “homegrown” art performances were performed with great emotion amidst the endless applause of the audience.
The first part of the 2018 Mid-Autumn festival summary program ended in the hall, and everyone moved together to the front of the company lobby to participate in and cheer for the outdoor games. Games such as: “Sack Race”, “Three-Legged Race” took place amidst hearty, vibrant laughter. Not only the men but the women were also very “fiery”, both participating in playing the games and cheering enthusiastically with non-stop shouts, creating an extremely lively and emotional atmosphere. Ending the sweaty “competition” between the teams, prizes were awarded to the best players.

The program ended with a savory party featuring all kinds of hot, delicious dishes cooked directly at the company area by professional chefs. The success of the “lunch party” section was that everyone had a very good appetite, especially the brothers and sisters who had just participated in the games. It was even happier when everyone had time to sit and talk lively with each other, talking about work, life, or just simple daily fun stories, and raising their glasses to wish each other health, wishing for plans to be successful, and for families to be harmonious, peaceful, and lucky.
The 2018 Mid-Autumn Festival Summary Ceremony of Bao Minh Confectionery Joint Stock Company took place successfully, leaving many memorable, happy memories in the hearts of Bao Minh people. We wish the staff and the Company's Board of Directors to always be a united collective, striving together to do their best for the goal of a strongly developing Bao Minh, and bringing sweet flavors to Vietnamese consumers.
