On the morning of October 22, 2025, the awarding ceremony for the “Typical Vietnamese Businesswoman – Golden Rose 2025” title took place solemnly in Hanoi.
The program was directed by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), in coordination with the Embassy of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women), the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Council (VWEC), and the Business Forum Magazine. The ceremony honored typical businesswomen nationwide – “golden roses” who are not only successful in business but also spread good values, contributing positively to the community and society.
During this event, National Artisan – General Director of Bao Minh Confectionery Joint Stock Company, Ms. Ngo Thi Tinh, was honored to be named in the list of “Typical Vietnamese Businesswoman – Golden Rose 2025”.
The title is a worthy recognition for her tireless efforts in the journey of preserving traditional culinary cultural values, innovating, and affirming the position of the Bao Minh brand in both domestic and international markets.
Besides her role as a business leader, Artisan Ngo Thi Tinh is also known as a passionate businesswoman, having been recognized many times with prestigious titles and awards such as: Typical Businesswoman; Cultural Businesswoman; Typical Businesswoman of Asia – Pacific; Culinary Culture Artisan of Vietnamese Craft Villages; National Artisan of Vietnam. As a member of the Executive Committee of the Hanoi Women Entrepreneurs Association and the Hanoi Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, Ms. Ngo Thi Tinh always actively participates in community activities and has been awarded many certificates of merit by Hanoi City, VCCI, and domestic organizations and associations.
The “Typical Vietnamese Businesswoman – Golden Rose” award was initiated by VCCI in 2005. Over 20 years, the program has become a noble symbol of intellect, bravery, and compassion – three typical qualities of Vietnamese women in the era of integration.
