The program aims to: Enhance the sense of responsibility of collectives and individuals; awaken the creativity of the Company's staff and workers; seek new ideas, initiatives, and improvements in production and business to reduce costs, improve the efficiency of machinery and equipment to create high-quality products, enhance competitiveness; and achieve effective production and business.
Through the program, collectives and individuals who actively participate in the emulation movement, have creativity and innovation in labor, production, and work, and create new products will be recognized and honored.
The internal emulation program is always focused on and invested in to the fullest by the Board of Directors of Bao Minh Confectionery Joint Stock Company. The program is a useful playground to help connect members in the company, promote teamwork skills and the creativity of each person. At the same time, through the program, employees have the opportunity to prove their own abilities, offer bold, new, and useful ideas to build corporate culture and develop the business to become increasingly strong.
The emulation movement runs from March 8th to the end of April 29th, 2021 with a total prize value of up to 25 million VND.
The ceremony to announce and award prizes will take place from May 20th to 23rd, 2021 – The 15th anniversary of the company's establishment.
