The program “Women are to be Loved and October Employee Birthday” was held on October 20th to show gratitude for the contributions, dedication, and loyalty of female Bao Minh employees throughout the company's development journey. This is an annual activity that Bao Minh highly values and promotes.

Attending the program were Mr. Vuong Duy Kiem – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bao Minh Confectionery JSC, Ms. Ngo Thi Tinh – CEO of the company, Mr. Pham The Hiep – Deputy CEO – Sales Director, Mr. Mai Dinh Luc – Production Director, Ms. Le Thi Bich Lan – Finance & Accounting Division Director… along with Heads of Branches/Divisions/Departments + Team Leaders/Deputy Team Leaders; authors participating in the contest to celebrate October 20th and employees with birthdays in October.

Opening the program, Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Vuong Duy Kiem shared his feelings on October 20th, thanking his wife – CEO Ngo Thi Tinh for her sacrifices, dedication to work, and for always maintaining family happiness. He also expressed his gratitude to all female Bao Minh employees for always standing side-by-side with the company throughout its development stages.

The sincere, rustic, and very humble sharing of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Deputy CEO Pham The Hiep during the ceremony touched the hearts of all Bao Minh employees. Through the program, the Company's Board of Management and representatives of the Divisions/Departments also sent fresh bouquets to CEO Ngo Thi Tinh – representing the female employees of Bao Minh – on the occasion of Vietnamese Women's Day.

Not only through sincere words, the company's Board of Management also gave female Bao Minh employees small gifts in appreciation of October 20th.

The title of the program “Women are to be Loved” was also the theme of the photo and writing contest to celebrate October 20th, launched by the Company's Board of Management at the beginning of October. Within the framework of the program, the Company's Board of Management also awarded certificates and valuable gifts to the authors whose works won the contest.

The Impressive Award went to author Nguyen Thi Nhu Mai – Finance & Accounting Division with the work: “My joy, my happiness”.

In this year's photo and writing contest to celebrate October 20th, there were many good, meaningful works, and many authors actively participated and had impressive entries. Also during the October 20th celebration program, the Board of Management awarded the Movement Prize to all authors participating in the contest. The gift is like an encouragement to all authors participating in the contest; not only working enthusiastically, but Bao Minh employees also always actively participate in movements, building a beautiful corporate culture.

Ms. Nguyen Nhu Mai – author of the Impressive Award of the contest shared: “I am truly very happy, touched, and happy to receive the certificate of merit and extremely valuable reward from the Organizing Committee and the Company's Board of Management. Thank you to the Organizing Committee for having such a good and meaningful program for all employees to participate in. Thank you to the Board of Management for giving me the opportunity to work, contribute, and live in the Bao Minh house full of laughter. And especially, thank you to my colleagues in the Finance & Accounting Department for always caring for and loving the youngest member”.

Not only celebrating Vietnamese Women's Day, at the ceremony, the Company's Board of Management also organized a warm birthday party for employees with birthdays in October. The sincere affection and gifts that the Company's Board of Management sent during the birth month are a source of encouragement and a huge motivation for employees to have more faith, loyalty, and gratitude for leaders who are talented, kind-hearted, and full of love./.
