On the morning of September 7th, the Ba Dinh district interdisciplinary inspection team inspected food safety at the production and business facility of the confectionery joint stock company Bao Minh.
To ensure food safety at traditional confectionery production and business facilities and products consumed heavily during the Mid-Autumn Festival according to the plan of the City People's Committee and the Department of Industry and Trade; the Ba Dinh District People's Committee has issued a plan on food safety inspection in the fields of agriculture and industry in Ba Dinh district in 2023.
After a period of working and evaluation, the inspection team acknowledged that Bao Minh's products met food safety quality standards. At the same time, the facility has complied well with legal regulations on ensuring food safety.
The inspection and evaluation is one of the food safety inspection activities during the Mid-Autumn Festival by the Ba Dinh district interdisciplinary inspection team. The inspection work will focus on quality and hygienic conditions in production, business, and food advertising, focusing on facilities producing and trading items with high consumption during the Mid-Autumn Festival such as traditional confectionery, alcohol, and fruit. Through inspection activities, the goal is to detect and strictly handle violating facilities in accordance with the provisions of the law.
