Job Description
- Manage and track sales of MT channel customer systems, propose measures to promote business in the assigned territory.
- Supervise the implementation of management channel policies, propose promotional programs for customers according to the company's orientation.
- Inspect, supervise and evaluate the market in the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research, collect customer and competitor information.
- Responsible for customer debt arising.
- Prepare work plans and regular reports by day, week, month or ad hoc.
- Develop personal development plans for professional knowledge.
- Resolve all issues related to the management system.
Requirements
- Gender: Male, Female, age from 25 – 35.
- Graduated from College, University with majors in Business Administration, Trade, Marketing or related fields.
- Have skills in grasping and processing information, have the ability to analyze the market.
- Experience in the food and consumer goods business; experience as an MT channel sales staff.
