Export Sales Staff Recruitment

Quantity: 01 person

Gender: Male, female, aged from 25 – 40.
Education: University graduate majoring in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Foreign Trade... or other relevant majors.
Experience in the field of food export, especially confectionery.
Proficient in English for work (priority given to those knowing other foreign languages).
Good communication, negotiation, client prospecting, and client analysis skills.

Expand and manage export channel customers.
Develop and implement plans to expand the export market.
Advise the Board of Directors on policies, clients, and market channels.
Draft, sign contracts and conduct transactions; carry out procedures related to Customs, Import-Export.
Monitor and manage cargo delivery progress; resolve issues arising related to goods during transportation.
Research market needs, collect customer and competitor information.
Responsible for customer debt arising.
Create work plans and report regularly by day – week – month or on an ad-hoc basis.

Competitive salary + % commission based on sales (depending on capacity and meeting job requirements).
