On August 2, 2024, Bao Minh Confectionery Joint Stock Company welcomed a group of over 30 students from Korea to visit and learn about the work environment of a Vietnamese enterprise. This event was not only an opportunity for young Korean students to better understand Vietnamese culinary culture through traditional confectionery products but also an occasion to promote cultural exchange between the two countries.

The sightseeing and field trip activities at several Vietnamese and Korean enterprises were part of the program Blue Ladder summer 2024 organized by the International Cultural Promotion Institute of Korea. This trip included 30 students from 5 different universities in Jeonbuk province, South Korea.
Bao Minh created conditions for the Korean student group to visit and learn about the production and business processes of a leading traditional confectionery manufacturer in Vietnam, thereby gaining perspectives and options regarding job opportunities at local Vietnamese enterprises.

The Korean student group was warmly welcomed in the hall of the Northern Headquarters of Bao Minh Confectionery JSC and enjoyed confectionery products manufactured by the Company.

Also during the program, Ms. Ngo Thi Tinh, General Director of Bao Minh Confectionery JSC, shared about the history of the company's formation and development, and the origins of its traditional products. The daily changes and developments of Bao Minh, as it applies many scientific and technical advancements to make Bao Minh's traditional products increasingly delicious, beautiful, and ensuring food hygiene and safety, met the needs of the domestic market and expanded to foreign markets.
Bao Minh's confectionery products were well-received by the young people for their delicious and unique flavors. Especially when hearing the General Director share more deeply about the legends behind these cakes, they were very surprised because each product has a very meaningful story behind it.
The group was facilitated by the Company's Board of Directors to visit the factory, observe the production process of confectionery products, and listen to presentations about the products, technology, and techniques applied in production.

In addition, the students also practiced making traditional Vietnamese confectionery under the guidance of artisans at the Company. At the end of the program, the group was presented with souvenirs by representatives of the Board of Directors, which were the Company's traditional confectionery products, and took souvenir photos of the interesting and meaningful field trip.
